DURATION OF RENTAL

It begins to run on the day of arrival from 4 p.m., to end on the day of departure before 11 a.m., date and time at which the premises must be made available to the owner. The lessee acknowledges that the premises covered by this contract are only rented to him on a provisional basis and that the duration of this rental is granted and accepted without possible renewal.

The balance is to be paid on arrival by bank transfer or in cash.
The rental contract must be completed, signed and returned by email to pmissillier@gmail.com
The rental is granted on a personal basis, no transfer or sub-rental is possible.
A deposit of 60 Euros is required on arrival. This will be returned in full on departure if no damage is found and the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tenant acknowledges that he has a holiday insurance which covers any damage during his present stay on the premises.
The premises must be returned in the state in which the tenant found them. The owner may claim compensation in the event of missing items, damage or if the number of occupants does not comply with the contract. In case of non-cleaning, a flat rate of 60 €Euros will be payable upon departure.
The rental includes the supply of duvets and eiderdowns, or pillows, crockery and cookware. Household linen is not provided. However, it can be requested when booking. Price per bed 20 Euros.
In the event of an unexpected breakdown of one of the household appliances, a repairman will be called upon as soon as possible, without this being able to lead to any reduction in the rental price.
The lessee may not assign all or part of the rental, nor sublet.
The tenant must be able to prove that he has taken out civil liability insurance for damage caused by him to the premises he occupies, as well as to third parties. In case of dispute for the execution of the present, the undersigned parties agree that the competent court will be that of Bonneville
